Robert B. Edmunds Scholarship

Chroma Technology Corp established the Robert B. Edmonds Scholarship in 2005 to honor the life of one of its employee/owners.

Bob Edmonds had a passion for learning and a true love of science. He enjoyed the daily challenges of finding solutions, and he encouraged others to work with him. Being part of a working team came naturally to him because even more impressive than his intellect was his humanity. Bob had a genuine interest and empathy for people and an irrepressible sense of humor. He was everyone's best friend. Although his friendship was easily given, it was greatly valued by all of us at Chroma. He left us a legacy by his example of intellect, humor and humanity.

This award is made to a member of the graduating class of Bellows Falls Union High School in Bellows Falls , Vermont , who is not merely continuing his or her education in either mathematics or the sciences, but in fact shows a sincere curiosity about and a desire to study these subjects.
